Dr Adam and Ashley Cave dreamed up Serenity Float Center back in the early days of Covid. Dr Cave is an Upper Cervical Chiropractor, and Ashley is a Labor and Delivery nurse, so helping people comes naturally. They have 2 girls, Sydney and Caroline. Dr Cave was the first of the two to hear about and experience floating. The stories he came across when trying to learn about floating intrigued him. He came across people who decreased their anxiety, came off their depression medication, cut back on pain meds, and some even coming off of pain meds. Shortly after his first float, he convinced Ashley to give floating a try. It wasn't an easy request... after all, she said she didn't know if she could sit still for an hour (she did, and she loved it).
Long story short, they knew they wanted to bring the healing benefits of floatation therapy to Oconee County. Having grown up and graduated from Oconee, Ashley wanted to give back to the community that had given so much to her.
